The Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance SystemThe Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS) provides information about the prevalence of behaviors practiced by young people that put their health at risk, including attempted suicide. Developed by CDC in collaboration with federal, state, and private-sector partners, this voluntary system includes a national survey and surveys conducted by state and local education and health agencies.
CDC WISQARS
The Web-based Injury Statistics Query and Reporting System (WISQARS) is an interactive
database system that provides customized reports of injury-related data.
CDC Wonder
An interactive database of morbidity and mortality data. It can be searched
for a variety of CDC reports, guidelines, and public health data, some of which
include information related to suicide.
